All Authors and Attendees must register and receive a conference badge in order to participate in conference activities.

**PLEASE NOTE: Early Registration has now been extended until December 21.

REGISTRATION FEES
Registration is required for all participants of IEEE CCNC 2012.
Authors must be registered by 29 October 2012. Please do not share your registration confirmation code with anyone else. Although the code enables submission of up to three papers, it can only be used once, by you, to create on author account for these submissions.

PLEASE NOTE To be published in the IEEE CCNC Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper.  For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full or limited registration is valid for up to 3 papers.  Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE CCNC 2012 3Conference Proceedings and in IEEE Xplore®.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations on or prior to 21 December will incur a $100.00 administrative fee.  No refunds can be provided after this date.  Please submit cancellation requests via email to IEEE CCNC 2013 at ccnc13reg@ieee.org.
